Refund policy

For sales to bookstores, unsold copies may be refunded within 12 months of delivery, provided:

• the books are undamaged.
• buyer sends an email to sales@illwill.com within 12 months of delivery to notify Ill Will Editions of intent to return.
• Ill Will Editions is given the option of retrieving them within one month of such notification. If we are unable to do so, unsold books may be disposed of and buyer will receive a refund.
• In the case of products that receive free shipping during our pre-launch sale, the cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund.
• No refunds will be given on books that are destroyed or discarded without our express consent.
